Encoder
Incremental optical and magnetic encoders. For measurement of direction and speed.
Mounted with separate position magnet (contactless) or with mounting option with shaft or hollow shaft.
Absolute
Analogue optical and magnetic sensors. For length- and angle measurements. Also Tacho for analogue output versus speed. Mounted with separate position magnet (contactless) or with mounting option with shaft or hollow shaft.
Wire-module
For length measurements 0-20.000 mm. Is assembled with any Fenac rotary encoder with 58 mm servo flange and can therefore be offered with many different output signals: incremental, analogue, absolute, CANopen etc. based on either magnetic or optical technology.
Acceleration sensor
Contactless measurement of accelerations with robust MEMS-technology in 1, 2 or 3 axis. Up to +/-16g. Also redundant models and SIL2/PLd is available for functional safety applications.
Inclinometer
MEMS-based inclinometers, static or dynamic, for measurement of angles from vertical. 1 or 2 axis. Also redundant models and SIL2/PLd is available for functional safety applications.
The dynamic inclinometer (CANopen) is gyro-compensated and gives stable real-time measurements even during rapid movement.
Tilt switch
Contactless measurement of tilt angles from vertical. 1 or 2 axis. Single or dual output signal PNP/NPN at set position. Also redundant models and SIL1/PLc is available for functional safety applications.
Safety classification
STIGAB can offer safety-classified sensors for both acceleration measurement and slope measurement.
