– QG Acceleration sensor

Acceleration sensor to measure acceleration in 1, 2 or 3 axis

Info
Ladda ner

The QG series of acceleration sensors from DIS Sensors measure acceleration in 1, 2 or 3 axes. These products are based on robust MEMS technology in which capacitance differences can be converted into an analogue voltage within a micro-mechanical sensor chip. This analogue voltage is proportional to the acceleration to which the sensor is exposed. The modular design makes it easy to adapt the sensors to specific requirements.

DIS acceleration sensors have a higher bandwidth than inclination sensors so they can measure faster movements with very high accuracy.

The housing is available in metal (aluminium and stainless steel), as well as in plastic. The acceleration sensor is available in three different sizes; 40x40x25 mm (QG40 and QG40N), 60x50x27 mm (QG65N) and 70x60x33 mm (QG76N, stainless steel). Delivered with M12-connector as standard.

Measurement range:+/-0,26g to +/-18g (1 g = 9,81m/s²)
Frequency:0-10/50/100/500/1.000/2.000 Hz.
Supply:5 Vdc or 10-30 Vdc
Analogue output:0.5 - 4.5 Vdc or 4 - 20 mA
Digital output:CANopen (Safety)
Level of protection:IP67, IP68 or IP69K
Precision:Depending on model and range: as high as +/-0.003g
Zeroing possibility:Depends on model
Functional safety:SIL2/PLd (optional)
Housing:(reinforced) plastic or stainless steel
