Accurate tilt measurement is critical in many industrial applications. Inclinometers are used to ensure correct positioning, stability, and safe operation in everything from construction equipment to solar energy systems.
DIS Sensors inclinometers measure tilt (angle) relative to gravity and are based on robust MEMS technology. By converting changes in capacitance into analog signals, the sensors can reliably detect even very small variations in tilt angle.
A key advantage is the ability to combine both static measurements (tilt) and dynamic measurements (motion/acceleration) in a single output signal. This provides a more complete understanding of system behavior and enables improved monitoring and control.
The standard output frequency is 10 Hz, but can be customized depending on application requirements. The flexible design also allows for easy adaptation to different systems and environments.
