DIS Sensors – QR40EMN

Our rotary encoders enable contactless measurement of an angular displacement from 0° to 360° without a mechanical stop. The QR40EMN is supplied without shaft, with a separate position magnet which is to be mounted on the rotating shaft. This proportional sensor can be delivered either with 0-5V or 4-20mA output signal, single or redundant output. The clearance between position magnet and sensor can be up to 10 mm! It is also available as fully redundant which makes it the perfect solution for designs where high safety is required. It has a resolution of about 0.09° (12 bit) or 0.18° (11 bit). Linearity better than +/-1 %. The encoder is delivered with 2m cable as standard if redundant output. 5-pole M12 if single output.
