Our Dutch supplier DIS Sensors has recently developed and launched their latest product, the dynamic inclinometer with CANopen interface. This inclinometer is ideal for industrial construction machinery as it instantly and accurately measures the true inclination angle of the machine or component without being affected by movement or rotation of the machine.
Now the Dutch RDW has granted this sensor series approval for Automotive usage with an E4 certification (E4 = E1, but approved by the Dutch RDW. RDW is the Netherlands Vehicle Authority in the mobility chain).
This approval indicates that the sensor series meets CE standard + Automotive Regulation 10 EMC requirements, as measured and verified by a notified body test house.
In addition, DIS successfully extended the EMC immunity and emissions range to comply with EMC Standards for Railway and Agricultural applications. QG65D is hence certified to both E4, CE and UL.
