Liquid Cooled Technologies, more and more a concept of products in continuous growth in power electronics. Higher and higher power to manage and reduced space available to design new equipments and systems it becomes compulsory to develop new concepts and design which imply the use of liquid cooling heatsink as something much more widespread.
Liquid cooling products:
- Plates with embedded tubes: plates obtained by using different aluminium and copper alloys for the production of the base and tubes of different shapes and diameter both in copper, aluminium and steel.
- Plates with gun drilled holes: a classic technology which still finds its proper position with certain applications.
- Brazed plates: it is the technology which allows the best customization and adaptability of the plate in the different cooling requirements. Being manufactured in aluminium and in copper, they allow to cool one or both sides of the plate according to the requirements of the project.
- FUSION: innovation, the Mission on which Mecc.Al is engaged since years, takes shape in this revolutionary production range, a technology which has its support on the fusion of particular aluminium alloys and a patented system which can comply all exigencies which at the moment cannot be achieved with other solutions.
