The SZR Series flexible light pipe system expands the SZ Series with a right angle flexible light pipe system that is low-profile for applications that need LED light routed in a tight space. This product is ideal in enclosures where the height is limited, and space is constrained.
The Zero Light Bleed adapter is designed to capture as much light as possible at the LED source. It also eliminates disruptive light bleed in and around the circuit board, which is known to cause false readings, muted and blended colors, and unwanted glow in the chassis.

The individual system components have been paired to best optimize the system. Color is used on the fiber jacket for visual identification when more than one SZR light pipe system is used in the same application. With the right angle adapter, we have solutions for vertical and horizontal board placements.
The Zero Light Bleed SZR Series is available in a wide variety of options: lens styles, unique fiber colors, and IP54 protection.
- Lens styles include Clear, Diffused, Smoked and color options: Blue, Green, Red, Yellow
- Bivar lens and optical fiber bonding process for increased durability
- Available in 1mm and 2mm Optical Fiber Diameter
- Standard lengths 1” -3,940” or customize to fit your specific application requirements
- Optical Fiber jacket comes in following color options: Black, Red, Green, Blue, White, Yellow
