Today we want to pay attention to International Childhood Cancer Day.
Thanks to successful research, approximately 85 percent of children who develop cancer in Sweden survive. Of course, STIGAB helps to contribute to the children's cancer fund so that this fantastic research can continue and eventually increase the number from 85 to 100 percent.
In addition to shining a light on the child cancer issue, here in Sweden we light candles on this day for all children affected by cancer. The Children's Cancer Foundation's digital candle manifestation already contains over 44,000 lit candles.
