NoiseSorb™ NS1000Q is a thin near-field absorber engineered for advanced EMI suppression in compact electronic systems. As an enhanced member of the NoiseSorb™ NS1000 family, it features ultra-high magnetic permeability of 250 at 1 MHz, providing significantly improved absorption performance over a broad frequency range. The increased permeability and magnetic loss characteristics enable effective suppression of electromagnetic noise from 20 MHz to 6 GHz.
The material is installed directly over the noise source, where it interacts with and suppresses magnetic fields responsible for EMI issues. Thanks to its ultra-thin construction, starting at only 0.05 mm thickness, NoiseSorb™ NS1000Q can easily be integrated into densely packed electronic assemblies without affecting mechanical design constraints. It is commonly applied over CPUs, chipsets, memory devices, power ICs and cable assemblies to reduce radiated emissions, crosstalk and interference with nearby RF functions.
