Eccosorb™ SS Tape is a family of high-performance pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) tapes specifically designed for mounting Eccosorb microwave absorber materials. These tapes provide a convenient and reliable method for integrating absorber sheets into RF, microwave and EMC applications where long-term adhesion and environmental durability are critical requirements.

Several adhesive versions are available depending on the absorber material being used, including SS6M for silicone absorbers, SS3 for urethane absorbers and SSV for vinyl materials. The tapes are factory-applied using a proprietary bonding process that delivers superior adhesion compared to post-applied adhesive solutions. Eccosorb™ SS Tape products are widely used in commercial microwave systems, telecommunications infrastructure, aerospace applications and other demanding electronic environments exposed to vibration, humidity and temperature cycling.
